Summary

• Sets up the travel system making it ready to accept bookings (opening of voyages, set-up of prices, setup of promotions).
• Analyzes booking performance per voyage and per Portlink, and adjusts tier allocation in order to maximize revenue and utilization.
• Monitors assigned vessels and routes vis a vis competitors’ rates to aid decision in price adjustment.
• Monitors schedule of assigned vessels and issues advisories on schedule and routing changes
• Prepares replacement bunks for affected passengers during voyage disruptions and coordinates with issuing outlet.
• Handles Group bookings and monitors utilization.
• Responsive to customer requests and inquiries such as bunk availability and allocation, discount requests and voyage inquiries.
• Prepares daily bookings and vessel position report and other related tasks as may be assigned.
