Position Details

Summary

  • Responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis and mapping,
    application design, configuration, test scenario/planning and execution (Unit, Integration
    Testing, and User Acceptance Testing)
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze
    user requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Load material master, vendor master data view, etc. via text, spreadsheet or other methods
    whenever necessary.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications by troubleshooting issues, optimizing
    performance, and implementing enhancements and fixes.
  • Provide production support, monitor application performance, and troubleshoot issues to
    ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Investigate and resolve application-related incidents and problems, following established
    incident management processes.
  • Document system configurations, and support procedures to ensure proper knowledge
    transfer and supportability.
  • Assist and collaborate with other IT teams in supporting, enhancing, or implementing
    applications when required.
  • Must be able to conduct/facilitate training to all INFOR users to ensure productive use of
    INFOR WMS/SCE programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Relevant certifications will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as INFOR WMS Functional with at least two complete
    lifecycle INFOR WMS implementation experience from Project Preparation till Go-Live.
  • Knowledgeable of database concepts and experience working with Structured Query
    Language (SQL) and relational databases (e.g., Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a
    fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and
    professional growth

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • INFOR SCE/WMS Relevant training and certification are preferred.
  • Exposure to Fundamentals of Supply Chain Business, Warehouse Processes, and
    Operations
  • Experienced systems integration, preferably IDX is an advantage.
  • Basic Networking Skills or Operating System Administration
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging application issues, with the ability to
    analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
