Position Details

Summary

The Sales Support Supervisor is responsible in providing support in growing the business by improving process and systems critical to Sales and recommend changes.
To assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement quality strategies/systems and develop initiatives to improve work processes in support to Sales goals and projects.
  • Ensures that all documentation requirements for account set-up are complete and in order
  • Basic customer service functions including handling client inquiries and booking, sales lead generation, initial rate proposal submission, supplies replenishment, client registration to email push.
  • On-line validation of payment request. Coordinates with concerned departments for documentation and operational requirements by Sales

  • Monitor and balance revolving cash fund and ensure liquidation is done properly and on-time
  • Consolidates and validates weekly sales reports ( Itinerary , Highlights , lowlights, outlook, pipeline).

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate, preferably business related course
  • At least 3 Year job-related experience
  • Customer Servicing / Good in building relationship with prospective clients
