Position Details

Summary

The Sales Support Specialist provides 2GO Retail Head Office Support activities, specifically related to documentation, reports generation & analytics, and special project/s implementation of regional managers and / or operations managers. He/She shall also perform below responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, preparation and submission of regular reports (e.g. sales report, operations KPI reports, other reports as needed).
  • Communication and coordination with internal counterparts (other departments or outlet counterparts) and agent counterparts to ensure smooth operations of the outlets.
  • Organization, filing, and updating of relevant internal databases, logs, manuals, training materials, and the like.
  • Conduct preliminary validation activities of invoices, reports and other documents routed internally for approvals.
  • Conduct audit activities as the need arises.
  • Conduct training activities for front liners, outlets and agents.
  • Other sales support activities as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • 1-4 Years Experienced Employee
  • 2 Years of Experience
