To establish, guide and monitor operations compliance to the required and agreed Quality Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards
• Organize / Spearhead weekly and/or monthly meeting with Operations to review their performance
• Perform regular, periodic process audit to ensure all processes are aligned with the set standards.
• Submission of progress report on new and existing projects
• Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues
• Amendment of Standard Operating plan to update, incorporate process improvements.
