Position Details


Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) team at 2GO is responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the different modules, products, and functionalities in both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud. Our responsibilities span across key modules such as HR, Assets, Procurement, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Expense, and Cash Management, as well as technical components like integrations, workflows, data migrations, configurations, reports, proof of concepts.

We are currently seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated Oracle ERP Technical professional to be part of our ERP team. In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining, supporting, enhancing existing and developing new reports, integrations, workflows, custom and out-of-the box solutions and applications. Delivering high-quality, out-of-the-box or custom developed solutions that meet business needs, adhering to standards, schedule, budget, and quality.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, having performed technical roles with a robust technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative personality, process-oriented attitude, ability to coach and lead resources, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Fusion ERP – Technical.


  • Collaborate with Project Managers, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, converting them into technical specifications.


  • Perform the analysis, design, development, review, and implementation of solutions applications using defined methodologies, tech-stack, and frameworks to meet business requirements within agreed timelines.


  • Develop new, maintain, and enhance existing integrations, reports, configuration, workflows, and other solutions by analyzing requirements and requests, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing enhancements and fixes.


  • Tracks and provides update on the status of the work breakdown structure of technical-related ERP tasks, ensuring progress as planned and delivering project within budget and cost saving.


  • Provide production support, monitor application performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Supervises technical support and maintenance on escalated tickets, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in the resolution of ticket and requests, submission of administrative reports, operational KPIs and individual performance.
  • Analyze data, procedure, processes to prevent issues and to identify areas for systems improvement, reviews and recommends resolutions of issues from internal and external audit bodies.
  • Investigate and resolve application-related incidents and problems, adhering to established incident management processes.
  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and support procedures to ensure proper knowledge transfer and supportability.
  • Assist and collaborate with other IT teams in supporting, enhancing, or implementing applications when required.
  • Maintains a mutually productive relationship with the business line leaders, ERP Team, and different IT support groups.
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise the tasks and performance of technical resources, assess the gaps of team members, and monitor Individual Development Plan to completion.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in performing production support and development roles.
  • At least three to five years of experience in performing Oracle ERP Technical roles. Supporting, developing, and enhancing out-of-the-box or custom solutions in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud including as but not limited to: BI Publisher and OTBI for building custom reports and analytics; Workflow and security configuration; Data migration and conversion using FBDI and Excel Spreadsheets, Integrations, and Interface developments.
  • Experience in both production support and application development environments for, but not limited to, packaged applications, web-applications, APIs, and backend applications.
  • Proven track record in adapting to in developing and supporting, with short learning curve, new application, integration, and workflow tools.
  • Experienced in developing integration using different integration patterns. The ideal candidate should have at least three to five years of experience as an integration and API/Webservice developer using JSON, REST/SOAP, XML, Java.
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging application issues, with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
