Position Details


  • Plans and execute equipment and manpower allocation to ensure on time pick-up and delivery to customers.
  • Develops operational policies and procedures to comply with customer and/or regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures on-time submission of PODs for timely billing to customers.
  • Optimizes equipment utilization to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Coordinates with customers to discuss operational set-up and/or operational issues. Develop corrective/preventive actions
  • Negotiates contract/rates with suppliers to ensure management of service levels and achieve cost efficiency
  • Formulates and manages department budget
  • Prepares operational and management reports
  • Management of Ops Revolving fund
  • Coordinate with internal customers to address pick-up/delivery/vessel ops issues
  • Supervise day-to-day operations


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Engineering/Business Course
  • Minimum five years experience
