Position Details

Summary

Generally responsible for overseeing, managing and administering employees company and statutory benefits.

  • Ensuring employees know what benefits are offered by the company
  • Keeping up-to-date records of each employee’s benefits profile
  • Preparing deduction/contribution reports every payroll cut-offs
  • Resolving any problems or disputes regarding provision of benefits
  • Addressing employee inquiries about their exicting benefits
  • Leading informational sessions on company benefits
  • Processing all government claims, changes, applications, loans, etc
  • Processing billings and payments for all providers/vendor
  • Processing of all company benefits (Mortuary Assistance, Bearevement Assistance, Priviledge Pass, Medical & Medicine reimbursement, etc)
  • Processing of GHP, GLI, GLA Enrollment
  • Preparing and developing communication and educational materials
  • Monitoring and issuance of Company Uniform
  • Monitoring of Leave Balances
  • Monitoring and reviewing performance agreements with all medical plan
  • Negotiating with insurance companies to receive better employee benefits
  • Report submission (SSS Receivables, government loan deductions, PhilHealth Quarterly
  • Coordinating with SM Ecard in-charge for any issues and concerns
  • Conducting New Hire – Benefits Orientation
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in any behavioral or business related course
  • At least 1 year experience
