Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Works with the BI head, BI data engineers and internal clients for the successful
development and rollout of key automated and manual BI solutions or interfaces such as
reports, dashboards and data extraction tools or sandboxes that are aligned to the BI
and Analytics roadmap and the strategic plans of the organization – from scoping with
Business Unit clients, design, development, documentation, Go Live and monitoring of
internal organization’s adoption to these BI solutions.
• Perform regular checks and manages the performance of the BI solutions to ensure end
users’ satisfactory experience, i.e. dashboards timely data refresh or data latency, data
and report accuracy and consistency, properly aligned metrics, accessibility of tools, etc.
Ensure standards are followed by the team in complying to Business Requirements
documents, dashboard/sandboxes test scripts and testing documents, performance
monitoring definitions and sign-off.
