Position Details


The Customer Service Representative is responsible for transaction processing in designated 2GO retail outlets. Transactions include but is not limited to travel ticket booking and issuance, acceptance of documents / parcels / cargo for delivery and shipment, and other related services offered in 2GO outlets.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper execution of transactions at the outlet for identified services.
  • Implement Retail designated processes related to ensuring clean and well operating outlet (e.g. cleanliness functions, proper files / reports, proper display of selling materials, etc.).
  • Extend proper customer service and conduct selling / marketing activities as may be assigned. Prepare, conduct, and deliver other administrative functions needed (e.g. report filing and submissions, safekeep and security of accepted package and funds, etc.).
  • Provide regular and ad Hoc report and assist in Business Development, direction and execution Accurate execution of all transactions to valuable clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a Graduate of Business AdministrationMarketing, Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in frontline selling / retail.
  • Must be willing to be assigned to these locations: SM MOA, SM Bicutan, BF El Grande
