Position Details

Summary

2GO Customer Service Representative is responsible for transaction processing in designated 2GO retail outlets. Transactions include but is not limited to travel ticket booking and issuance, acceptance of documents / parcels / cargo for delivery and shipment, and other related services offered in 2GO outlets. Other tasks are as detailed below:

  • Ensure proper execution of transactions at the outlet for identified services.
  • Implement Retail designated processes related to ensuring clean and well operating outlet (e.g. cleanliness functions, proper files / reports, proper display of selling materials, etc.)
  • Extend proper customer service and conduct selling / marketing activities as may be assigned.
  • Prepare, conduct, and deliver other administrative functions needed (e.g. report filing and submissions, safekeep and security of accepted package and funds, etc. )
  • Provide regular and adhoc report and assist in Business Development, direction and execution
  • Accurate execution of all transactions to valuable clients

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any course
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Willing work onsite
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team
