Position Details

Summary

The Business Process Excellence Engineer is an experienced Lean or Agile Thinking implementor who collaborates with internal clients (Sales, Operations and Support groups) to establish, analyze, design and implement value streams or process flows streamlining and optimization to achieve efficiency and profitability results.

Responsibilities 

  • Work with the internal clients (Business Units, Support groups) and Process Excellence manager in end-to-end implementation of value stream transformation projects, i.e. scoping, resource review, time and financial commitment, success metrics monitoring that aligns to the organization’s overall business strategy.
  • Perform value stream and statistical analysis to determine gaps that critically affect the performance of the value stream and/or process and set prioritization with the internal client and PE manager

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • minimum 2-3 years related experience

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Trained Green Belt
  • Experienced in value stream end to end implementation, i.e. process design, develop process maps, process analysis, identify process breakdown, business impact like leakages, etc.
  • Strong data and business analysis
  • Experienced with utilizing and deploying statistical techniques and frameworks to minimize errors, i.e. LEAN events, OVS, etc.
  • Drive and handle effective communication with internal clients or critical “doers” of the value streams.
  • Strong project management skills and a self-starter
  • Team player and highly collaborative with a growth mindset
