Position Details


Business Development Supervisor is responsible for soliciting new accounts for 2GO Logistics in various industries that will result to increased revenue for the business in line with the strategic direction and targets of the company. The position also builds relationships with clients to encourage expansion, repeat or replication of and new business opportunities by maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of the product they are selling
  • Develops accounts, and acquires new business opportunities building up regular business and encouraging any new business leads.
  • Manages day to day sales activities with their respective accounts
  • Performs selling activities directly to the account
  • Must have an adequate awareness of the market and competition’s activities
  • Conduct business – building activities(e.g. business review; business planning)
  • Build meaningful relations with existing clients and potential clients
  • Prepares weekly sales reports and monthly itinerary and monthly performance reports
  • Responsible for individual budget setting

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year Business course such as Marketing, Management or any related field
  • 2 to 3 years related work experience 2 to 3 years related work experience in the local or international logistics, shipping, cargo and customs/brokerage
  • Must be able to present information to clients and address business concerns of the said client
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
