Position Details


Role Description:

Responsible for building and strengthening the Express accounts, to grow and look for new business opportunities in line with the strategic directions and targets of 2GO Express, Inc.


Job Description:

  • Achieves the individual target for the year.
  • Prepares and submits on time weekly itinerary and sales highlights.
  • Sells other or additional company products and services to clients.
  • Ensures profitability of an account.
  • Submits credit application form (CAF) and related documents for account     set-up on time and follow through with billing department.
  • Prepares and submits rate proposal.
  • Reviews and analyzes the gross profit of an account.
  • Monitors and assists any claims arising from the client.
  • Monitors contract and client’s agreement.
  • Assists collection of receivables from clients.
  • Monitors credit standing and revenue production of each client.
  • Handles and resolves client complaints.
  • Updates clients regularly on changes of service area manual, policies and procedures
  • Involves in the business review to strengthen the operations process between client and 2GO Express.
  • Prepares and reviews initial contract, claims agreement, NDA, collaborates with operations and finance prior to securing approval.
  • Implement strategies for sales to grow revenues and achieve sales targets.
  • Conducts regular review with the internal business unit processes in operations, documentation and backroom issues to improve our service with clients.
  • Monitors compliance to agreed processes and procedures.
  • Input sales lead in Sales Force and update status accordingly.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational attainment: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Course / Program: Preferably in Business such as Management or any other related courses
  • Years of related experience: 2-3 years work experience in Sales and Marketing or same capacity
