Position Details

The Web Developer (WebDev) is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of websites and intranet sites. He/She works normally as a member of a project team composed of both IT and business unit’s (BU) departments. He/She closely coordinates with the IT Project Manager assigned to support the BUs for any website/intranet-related concerns raised by the users through IT Service Desk. The WebDev also provides full back up support for the IT Supervisor on workflow applications including design, development, maintenance and support of existing and/or new workflow applications as required by BUs.

Graduate of BS Computer Science or BS Computer Engineering, or any related 4-year programming course
At least 2 years of experience as web developer
Developed and maintained at least 1 website, preferably using Classic ASP (with graphic designs; client-side and server-side validation scripting; dynamic data extraction from Oracle, mySQL, or Access database via ODBC, ADO, or DNSless connection)

Must possess knowledge of IIS, FTP, ASP, HTML5, CSS3, JS, JQuery.
Must possess knowledge of Web Authoring tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop or alike.
Must possess proficiency in MS-Office applications/productivity tools.
Must possess knowledge of mobile technology, preferably Android and IOS platforms.
Databases and DB Connectivity – Access, Oracle, SQL databases; ODBC, ADO, DNSless connections.
