This position will be under CCSE (following up with customers for documents for onboarding China Desk accounts, providing quotes/proposals, coordinating work with different support groups like Ops, Finance matters for China Desk customers) He or She will serve as a conduit between external customers and internal Business Units to consolidate, review, analyze proposals, project quotes; in addition the Sales Support Specialist will provide troubleshooting assistance to customer, coordinate and follow-up internal support needed, update account status and coordinate service problem resolution.
The Sales Support Specialist is tasked to gather market intelligence; be the superuser for sales system & applications. He or She will prepare, review required reports for performance tracking, handle sales administrative duties for the China Desk Team including scheduling and organizing customer meetings, workshop or conferences among others.
