Position Details


The main tasks of the Operations Manager are to manage and coordinate the FedEx Operations’ day-to-day activities, which aim to achieve operational efficiency and delivery of service committed to clients.

The successful candidate should ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency (in service and productivity). Must be able to execute the FedEx way of operation that is reflective of the people, service, and profit culture.

Ideally, the applicants have analytical and critical thinking. Must be able to coach and mentor other team members. Proactive with a sharp mind and a good attitude. Must be good at building a relationship with clients and customers and have good communication and presentation skills.

We are looking for individuals that can complete assigned tasks and can work with minimal supervision.

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Business courses such as Management, Logistics or any four-year related course.
  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in Logistics, ideally in the transportation service, warehouse management, and air/land cargo industry.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in Project/Transportation/Distribution/Logistics Management. Experienced in Hub and Ground Operation, Systems Application, and Usage.
