Summary

Responsibilities 

  1. Implementation of Hotel Operations F & B Operating Budget
  2. Creation of Purchase Requests applicable to all F&B Vendors
  3. Monitoring of PR Approvals
  4. Creation of SVEP Request to North port
  5. Ensures accurate delivery at all times
  6. On time receiving of items to 2GO System/ RR
  7. Perform spot inventory onboard
  8. Ontime submission of necessary documents to Finance and Procurement for payment processing
  9. Creation of Ticket request for onboard ancillary staff/ Entertainers and Salons

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business such as Management, Marketing or any related course
  • 3-5 years work experience in Sales and Marketing

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in project management
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in building relationship with prospective clients
