Summary

The Foodservice Key Account Manager is the principal point of contact between SOI & its Foodservice Key Account customers. Ensure their current customers have the right products & services and identify opportunities with core Foodservice partners. Develop programs to help deliver competitive growth for our principals and customers, and win in the marketplace.

The successful candidate’s scope of influence will include not only her/his assigned key accounts but also the competitive growth and development of other Foodservice accounts within Metro Manila, including specialty channels that are serviced by SOI and creating programs for the current FS Team as well.

She/He also needs to work with the different departments of SOI to deliver the best customer after-sales services, and manage their AR standings and data recording. Communicate frequently with internal departments to maintain an accurate understanding of existing customer projects & issues.

She/He in many ways serves as the face of the SOI, performs tasks to retain base customers, monitors the competition, and pursues new sales opportunities all while maintaining good relations & upholding the values of SOI.

To be successful the candidate must have a grasp of Customer Management, Financial Acumen, Data Management, Systems, and Tools.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Course or related course
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the Foodservice FMCG industry.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • A certificate in cooking & baking is a plus.
  • With a valid Driver’s license and willing to travel.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Excellent presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With exceptional Customer & Area Management skills.
  • Excellent in using different digital tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc. ) in communicating or interacting with clients and co-workers.
  • Advance skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable and adaptable in dealing with different types of people (with clients and co-workers).
