Job summary:

Responsible for the day to day operations by coordinating all transportation matters which includes ensuring truck availability, truckers accreditation, costing, directing activities related to dispatching, loading, tracking delivery updates. Responsibilities also include managing team morale to ensure employee engagement and high productivity and the completion of work, consistent with company’s standard, and the prevention and/or management of labor risks .

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the truck requirement of operations will be provided (truck availability)
• Truckers Documents Compliance
• ON time POD Submission
• On time submission of CAPA/ Incident Report
• Directing investigation to verify resolve customer or shipper complaints
• Complying with transportation – related policies, as well as safety rules and government regulations
• Ensures GWP/ GTP (Good Warehousing Practices/ Good Transportation Practices) is being implemented to comply with Quality, Safety and Security standards.
