Position Details


  • Part of the team that has overall responsible for designing, creation and publishing the following:
    • Financials Statutory Reports – Profit and Loss (“P&L”), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, SEC Requirements, Reports to BOD and Stockholders
    • Management Financial Reports
    • Balanced Scorecards and KPI Metrics of Finance and Accounting Teams
    • Related reports that will be used to analyze financial data to properly monitor accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Coordinates with various teams and performs complex analysis and prepare reports to summarize financial data
  • Monitors and performs studies to interpret financial actions and modify accounting processes and provide technical advice and recommend improvements for same in close coordination with the Finance Continuous Improvement Team
  • Prepares reports pertaining to operating results, annual budgets and administers forecasts for monthly reporting to senior management
  • Performs monitoring of compliance to all reporting requirements, file quarterly forms according to current requirements and document new rules.
  • Creates supporting documents and schedules for all financial reports and evaluate it for various departments
  • Coordinates with various departments and prepare recurring financial reporting packages
  • Creates and maintains the documentation of report generation
  • Develops and implements internal financial controls for integration of closing process and financial activities of company.

Will be part of the team that will help in the project implementation, process efficiencies and new business

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA, MBA or CMA are preferred but not required
  • Working experience in Finance and Accounting roles for at least 6-8years
  • Solid experience in Financial and Management Reporting in Multinational Companies or top Filipino Owned Companies
  • Preferably with experience working in Financial Shared Service or Business Process Outsourcing
  • Strong skills in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of Philippine GAAP
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
