We are looking for a Business Intelligence professional with vast experience in developing single and multi-dimensional databases, data modelling and deploying smart data solutions for various data consumers in the organization. Preferably with a strong collaborative background, a data-driven, results-driven and customer-centric mindset.    .

Duties and Responsibilities:  

Operations 
1.      Develop and implement best fit data models and data flow designs by working closely with key data sources from IT and the internal Data/Reports Visualization developers to ensure that the data solutions are aligned with the business requirements and all implemented transformation logic is aligned with company-wide definitions of metrics, dimensions, other data points. 2.      Perform regular checks on the automated data jobs to ensure no downtime, errors experienced are resolved in a timely manner, and data solutions adhere to a high level of accuracy, availability, and accessibility. 3.      Collaborate closely with Tech or IT and other groups for source to target mapping, accurately mapping target business requirements to the correct data sources. 4.      Create technical documents, including source-target mapping documents, data model and data flow documents, monitoring documents, and test scripts and testing documents. 5.      Implement complex, non-conflicting concurrent data transformation processes that are SLA-driven. 6.      Initiate process, documentation, and technical design improvements on data solutions delivery, including mentoring of other members of the team. 7.      Manage assigned deliverables and projects or initiative ensuring achievement of dedicated tasks that should result to satisfying overall project objectives with regular project phases update to team lead and/or to stakeholders.

Continuously recommend, introduce and innovate processes, systems and products by presenting facts-based analysis and impact of recommendations to immediate head.

Records Management 
Manage all process documents, records and databases for reference, research and report purposes. This may include but not limited to the full data lifecycle within the BI control – developing templates, enhancing reports, data quality, timelines of submission, and overall method of data gathering, processing and archiving.

Others
1.      Drives the 2Go core values and operate and put all these values to work each day. 2.      Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate leader provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried out.   Nature of interaction with clients and other units:
