Position Details


The Senior Operations Manager shall over-see and manage the entire special solution and value-adding Cross Dock transport service and attendant client-principal contract/account management. In accordance with operational and new business plans and targets, implement, plan and manage the operation and client-principal account management relative to executing a profitable and efficient operation as well as ensuring superior and effective service level performance that meets or exceeds client-principal expectations.
Maintain excellent customer-client business relationship and develop expansion of business through offerings of other logistics services. Actively support and participate in new business undertaking for cross-dock and other forwarding and physical distribution special solution business opportunities



Job Qualifications
