Summary

  • Oversees and leads large projects and initiatives focused on streamlining of all Finance processes across the business units
  • Responsible for translating new business processes into the finance processes improvement opportunities
  • Conducts process analysis to capture the challenges and pain-points directly impacting finance process and agree on the solution design alongside with the Business Unit Heads.
  • Develop standard finance processes, policies, and methodologies, applying Lean principles.
  • Responsible in managing stakeholders to ensure project support, and handle change management with the Business Units

Job Qualifications

  • Responsible in managing stakeholders to ensure project support, and handle change management with the Business Units
  • Has a very good understanding of the business operations within the organization and the interdependencies across business functions
  • (Decisiveness) makes clear-cut decisions without unnecessary delay, even in tough situations.
  • proactively develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer. (internal & external)

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Accounting/Business, Engineering, or IT educational background, with good accounting knowledge.
  • Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence preferably in a Financial SSC (at least 2-3 years)
  • Experience in leading a Finance Project
  • Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial processes.
  • Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial/Accounts Receivables processes
  • Effective communication with relevant Stakeholders/ counterparts
  • Ability to articulate thoughts/ideas/issues in an effective manner to be able to drive results
  • Lean Six-sigma Trained/Certified
  • PMP trained/certified
  • ORACLE,  MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, ppt)
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Can work under pressure
