Position Details

Summary

  • Oversees and leads a number of initiatives focused on the centralization and streamlining of all Customer Financial activities into the SSC, providing standard methodologies and applying Lean principles.
  • Leads automation for Billing & Collection, Revenue, and Receipts Accounting.
  • Co-leads Lean and automation capability to facilitate and expedite continuous improvement within the team; to ensure strong controls are built into all the Customer Financials processes, including the development and deployment of QA programs, process documentation, and BCP.
  • Directly reports to Continuous Improvement AVP but closely assists the Customer Financials Manager.

Job Qualifications

  • Direct and manage Project delivery from Start to end
  • Define Project Scope, Timeline, deliverables and project delivery success criteria
  • Conducts regular cadence and communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues
  • Streamlining of Finance Processes, driving efficiency, and delivering strategic initiatives to the business
  • Strong ability to challenge the status quo

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Accounting/Business, Engineering, or IT educational background, with good accounting knowledge.
  • Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence preferably in a Financial SSC (at least 2-3 years)
  • Experience in leading a Finance Project
  • Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial processes.
  • Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial/Accounts Receivables processes
  • Effective communication with relevant Stakeholders/ counterparts
  • Ability to articulate thoughts/ideas/issues in an effective manner to be able to drive results
  • Lean Six-sigma Trained/Certified
  • PMP trained/certified
  • ORACLE,  MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, ppt)
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Can work under pressure
