Oversees and leads a number of initiatives focused on the centralization and streamlining of all Customer Financial activities into the SSC, providing standard methodologies and applying Lean principles.
Leads automation for Billing & Collection, Revenue, and Receipts Accounting.
Co-leads Lean and automation capability to facilitate and expedite continuous improvement within the team; to ensure strong controls are built into all the Customer Financials processes, including the development and deployment of QA programs, process documentation, and BCP.
Directly reports to Continuous Improvement AVP but closely assists the Customer Financials Manager.

Skills and Competencies Requirements
Accounting/Business, Engineering, or IT educational background, with good accounting knowledge.
Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence preferably in a Financial SSC (at least 2-3 years)
Experience in leading a Finance Project
Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial processes.
Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial/Accounts Receivables processes
Effective communication with relevant Stakeholders/ counterparts
Ability to articulate thoughts/ideas/issues in an effective manner to be able to drive results
