Responsible for achieving the targeted levels of sales volume. The position also builds relationships with clients to encourage expansion, repeat or replication of, and new business opportunities by maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Ensures that customer accounts are dealt with within a timely and efficient manner addressing any problems that may arise.
Develops accounts, building up a regular business, and encouraging any new business leads.
Develops and maintains effective business relationships and/or close working practices within relevant departments of account customers within a designated area especially operations, business development, and sales departments, to secure optimum sales volume of profitable contracts.
Ensures that all procedures are completed, and those quality standards are met and suggests any changes that may enhance or improve both the working practices and the quality of the products/services.
Must have at least 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG, either in Sales or Marketing.
Preferably with experience in 2 out of the 5 channels where Scanasia sells to – Drug store, Retail [National Key Accounts and Local Key Accounts], Convenience Store, Foodservice, and eCommerce OR at least familiar with how these channels operate.
