Position Details


As an Asset Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the planning, acquisition, maintenance, and utilization of various types of equipment used in land-based operations. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment functionality, safety regulations, and maintenance protocols to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The Equipment Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and managing costs associated with equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the preventive maintenance program for land-based moving equipment;
  • Establish and implement guidelines for the safe and optimal use of all land-based equipment;
  • Determine and manage inventory of parts as part of preventive maintenance program.
  • Schedule routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff and external service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets for equipment acquisition, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or operational efficiency.
  • Monitor expenses and analyze financial reports related to equipment management.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical
  • Relevant experience at managerial level of at least 10 years
  • Open to frequent domestic travel to multiple sites nation-wide
