The EXP RYM Solutions & Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Pricing Strategy for EXP Products. They are an expert in developing pricing and other financial models to properly assess the feasibility and profitability of various solutions for new and existing customers alike. They will work closely with different stakeholders like sales and operations on the pricing negotiations and cost analyses and put forward data-driven recommendations.
They will be making sure the solutions are designed according to the client’s requirements and the BU’s direction. They will support said solution’s execution c/o the different 2GO teams. They will be leading and/or supporting improvement initiatives of the BU, especially if related to Solutions & Pricing.
They will be leading the pricing team, ensuring accurate and on-time set up of approved customer profile and updated rates in system, and helping resolve customer profile/rate set up related issues to ultimately help the BU be paid for the work done.
